Overview
TTK Partners focuses on mergers & acquisitions transactions
within the middle market, generally involving companies between
$10 million and $200 million in enterprise value. The firm
has developed a specialty in complex transactions, often involving
product line carve-outs or subsidiary divestitures. Principals
of the firm possess substantial experience in marketing underperforming
assets/businesses and are skilled in guiding division- and
subsidiary-level management teams through the M&A process.
TTK Partners has also developed an expertise in assisting
multi-national clients with M&A initiatives on both the
buy-side and sell-side in North America and abroad. In addition,
the firm routinely works with private companies and entrepreneurs
to assist in maximizing shareholder value. In all cases, TTK
Partners brings the expertise gained through Wall Street experience
to the firm's middle-market clients.

M. Tadavarthy
Mr. Tadavarthy is a Partner and co-founder of TTK Partners and has almost 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to co-founding TTK Partners, Mr. Tadavarthy was a Vice President in the Chicago office of Bear Stearns where he advised on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings for both corporate and private equity clients. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Tadavarthy worked in the Global Automotive and Capital Goods Group of CIBC World Markets. Prior to his tenure with CIBC World Markets, Mr. Tadavarthy worked at Bankers Trust and Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Tadavarthy holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Mr. Koss is a Partner and co-founder of TTK Partners and has almost 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to co-founding TTK Partners, Mr. Koss was a Vice President in Bear Stearns' Leveraged Finance Department, based in New York City and earlier, a Vice President in Bear Stearns' Chicago office where he covered industrial and manufacturing companies. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Koss was a Director in CIBC World Markets Global Automotive and Capital Goods Group. Prior to his tenure with CIBC World Markets, Mr. Koss worked for Bankers Trust and The Chicago Corporation. Mr. Koss graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics.
Robert F. Barnett, III
Mr. Barnett is a Partner at TTK Partners and possesses over 25 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. Mr. Barnett leads the firm's Capital Structure Advisory effort. Prior to joining TTK Partners, Mr. Barnett was a Managing Director and Sector Head of BMO Capital Markets' Commercial and Industrial Group, which provided investment banking and commercial lending services to mid-corporate companies in the capital goods, transportation, packaging and basic materials industries. Prior to BMO, Mr. Barnett was head of Midwest Large Corporate Banking at Bank One Corporation until its merger with JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Barnett spent 23 years with Bank One and its predecessors (First Chicago and National Bank of Detroit). Mr. Barnett holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a BS from the University of Michigan. Mr. Barnett also serves on the boards of directors for a number of philanthropic organizations, including the Chicago Children's Museum where he is currently Chairman.

Mr. London is a Managing Director at TTK Partners and has over 15 years
of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior
to joining TTK Partners, Mr. London was an Executive Director
at J.P. Morgan Securities where he was responsible for middle
market investment banking activities for the Illinois, Wisconsin
and Minnesota markets. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. London was
a Vice President at Bear Stearns where he advised on mergers
and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and other corporate
finance matters for both corporate and private equity clients
primarily in the consumer, media and business services sectors.
Mr. London began his career in the commercial loan division
of National Bank of Detroit. Over his career, he has been
involved in over $10 billion of corporate finance transactions.
Mr. London holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg
School of Management and a BBA from the University of Michigan's
Ross School of Business.
Daniel J. Horn
Mr. Horn is a Managing Director at TTK Partners and has over 25 years of experience as an investment banker, chief financial officer and entrepreneur. Prior to joining TTK Partners, Mr. Horn was a co-founding investor and CFO of Unicous Marketing, Inc., a consumer promotion start-up company. Prior to Unicous, Mr. Horn served as Vice President of Finance for the GDX Automotive Division of GenCorp, Inc. ("GenCorp"). Mr. Horn assisted GenCorp in building its GDX division through global acquisitions to become the second largest provider of automotive sealing systems in the world, positioned the division for sale and successfully completed the divestiture in late 2004. Prior to GenCorp., Mr. Horn was employed for a dozen years as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank Securities and its predecessor firm, Bankers Trust. During Mr. Horn’s investment banking tenure, he covered the automotive sector as well as worked in Bankers Trust’s Leveraged Finance and Distressed Investments Groups. Mr. Horn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from DePaul University and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. Mr. Horn also serves on the board of directors of First Personal Financial Corp.
Steven S. Steinberg
Mr. Steinberg is a Managing Director at TTK Partners and has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker. Over the course of his Wall Street career he has worked on a wide variety of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged financings and equity offerings. Prior to joining TTK Partners, Mr. Steinberg was a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald where he initiated and led the firm's Industrial investment banking group. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Steinberg was a Managing Director with BMO Capital Markets where he was focused on building the investment banking practice in the Industrial sector. Prior to his tenure at BMO Capital Markets, Mr. Steinberg was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns and worked as a Vice President at Wertheim Schroder & Co. Mr. Steinberg is an accomplished investment banker with extensive industry knowledge and transaction experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Steinberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance & Management from Columbia Business School.
Richard F. Strup
Mr. Strup is an Advisor to TTK Partners and has over 35 years of domestic and international experience in executive-level positions in the consumer packaged goods industry in marketing, finance, strategic planning and general management. Mr. Strup most recently served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy for Reyes Holdings, L.L.C., a privately-held food and beverage distribution company. Prior to Reyes Holdings, Mr. Strup was a senior executive at Miller Brewing Company for 14 years where he spearheaded the company’s commercial agreement and integration into South African Breweries, oversaw the company’s International Division and was the Global Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Strup also previously held senior-level positions at Frito Lay, PepsiCo and General Foods Corp. Mr. Strup earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University. Mr. Strup also serves on the Board of Directors of Heely’s Inc., the Big Shoulders Fund, the Maryland Baseball Holding Company and the Art of Olympians Foundation.
